This notice explains what happens to the information you send through re:context and the choices you have about it.

Who is responsible for your information

re:context is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. The service is run by Fara in the United Kingdom. For any privacy question or request, email fara@re-context.app.

What the Context Review collects

The form asks for your name, email address, what you are hoping to do and what you have tried or where you are getting stuck. You can also share a rough timing if you want to, and attach one relevant item such as a CV, supporting statement, job advert, AI draft, image or voice note.

You can indicate whether you want career support, practical AI support or both. You may also tell me whether you are considering paid help and who would pay. These optional details help me prepare a relevant reply and recommendation. They do not affect your free review and are not sent to Meta.

Cloudflare processes limited technical information needed to deliver the site, check the Turnstile spam-protection challenge and protect the form. This can include your IP address, device/browser information and request timing.

If you arrive through a tagged campaign link, the Context Review may also carry the source, campaign and content labels already present in that link, plus the referring website where your browser provides it. re:context uses this only to understand which routes bring genuine enquiries. It does not collect advertising-platform click IDs for this purpose.

Please do not send passwords, bank or card details, identity documents, medical information or other highly sensitive information. Remove home addresses, dates of birth and personal contact details from documents where they are not relevant to the review.

Why the information is used

  • To read what you send, prepare the requested Context Review and reply to you.
  • To decide honestly whether re:context can help further and, where appropriate, send a private recommendation.
  • To keep the form secure, prevent abuse and diagnose delivery failures.
  • To understand which campaign or referring route led to genuine enquiries, using source labels attached to the page URL rather than advertising cookies.
  • Only if you select the optional box, to retain useful context so you do not have to repeat it if you return.

The main legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract. Security, abuse prevention and basic campaign attribution rely on re:context’s legitimate interests in operating and understanding a small business service. Optional longer-term context is kept on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

How the form is delivered

The form is processed by Cloudflare. Resend then relays the submission and any attachment to the re:context business inbox. The website does not add submissions to a database, contact list, marketing list or public file store. re:context does not sell your information. Your form answers and attachments are not sent to Meta or used to build advertising audiences.

Where it is useful to the review or later paid work, Fara may use AI-assisted tools supplied by OpenAI and Anthropic to help organise, compare or summarise relevant material. Only the material needed for that task is used. These tools support the process; they do not decide whether re:context can help, and Fara checks the source material and personally writes the final work.

Cloudflare, Resend and the business email provider act as service providers. OpenAI and Anthropic may also process information when their tools are used. The exact handling, retention and location of processing depend on the applicable service and account settings in use. These providers may process information outside the United Kingdom under their applicable data-protection terms and safeguards.

No decision about you is made solely by an automated system. Fara reads and responds to the review personally.

How long information is kept

  • If you do not ask re:context to retain useful context and no engagement begins, the submission and attachment are deleted within 90 days of the reply.
  • If you select the optional context-retention box, the submission may be kept for up to 12 months after the most recent contact, unless you ask for earlier deletion.
  • If you become a client, relevant information moves into the client record and is handled under the engagement agreement and applicable legal or accounting requirements.
  • Minimal security and delivery records may be held for a shorter operational period by the technology providers.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access, correct, restrict or delete your personal information. You can also withdraw optional context-retention consent or object where processing relies on legitimate interests. These rights can depend on the circumstances and are not always absolute.

Email fara@re-context.app from the address used for your review. re:context will normally respond within one month.

If you remain concerned, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Cookies and changes

With your permission, re:context uses the Meta Pixel to measure which Facebook and Instagram ads bring enquiries and help Meta improve ad delivery. Meta receives information about your visit and an event when a Context Review has been successfully sent. This can include the page URL, browser and device information, IP address and cookie identifiers. Meta may connect this activity with your Meta account and use it to personalise advertising under its own privacy policy.

Advertising tracking is off until you choose Accept. Rejecting it does not affect the website or your Context Review. The legal basis for this tracking and associated sharing is your consent, separate from the form's privacy and optional retention choices.

Meta may set its _fbp cookie on this site, normally for up to three months, and use cookies on its own domains. We do not retain Facebook or Google click IDs in the form or attribution tracker. We remove those IDs from the page URL before loading the Pixel and remove any _fbc cookie on this site.

We remember your cookie choice in your browser for up to six months, without adding a unique user ID. Choose Cookie settings to withdraw permission or change your choice. Withdrawal stops future events and removes Meta cookies on this site; it cannot undo information already sent or remove cookies on Meta's domains.

Meta (Facebook and Instagram) receives this event information. Its processing may take place outside the UK. Read Meta's Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy and Business Tools Terms for its uses, retention, international-transfer safeguards and your rights.

Cloudflare Turnstile uses security signals to distinguish genuine submissions from abuse. Basic campaign labels sent with a Context Review do not rely on advertising cookies.

This notice may be updated when the service or its providers change. The date at the top shows the current version.
